Are you a new Zendesk Chat Agent? Zendesk Chat for Agents is the place to start. This course will teach you how Zendesk Chat works and get you comfortable serving chats. You'll also learn how to find information about your customers, handle multiple chats at once, and which features you can leverage to become more efficient in your work as an agent. This course concludes with an assessment, which will tie together everything you've learned. NOTE: This course does not cover using Chat with Agent Workspace.
